We will buy back your Vault-Held Bullion at a 3% below spot price. 

Buy back prices are locked in during physical store business hours only (refer to Google for these hours) unless via prior arrangement. We will confirm the buy back price ASAP after receiving your correspondence.

You can also redeem your Vault-Held Bullion at 

 on our website and pay the difference between the spot price and the retail price of the product that you ordered. The 

advertised estimated collection or dispatch times apply to these scenarios.

The Redemption cost/bar fee is calculated by subtracting the Spot Price from the Retail Price at the time of redemption.

Vault Held Bullion – Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. All Vault Held Bullion is fully insured at no extra cost to you.

No. We do not charge annual storage fees – your bullion stays safely stored and insured with no ongoing charges.

Can I sell my Vault Held Bullion somewhere else?

Yes. To do this, you’ll need to redeem your Vault Held Bullion for physical bullion first. A small 'bar fee' (above spot price) will apply, depending on the product you choose.

If I sell my bullion back to you, when will I receive payment?

We’ll have funds cleared to your account within 24 hours.

What happens if something happens to me in the future?

You remain the owner of your Vault Held Bullion. We’ll ask for your next-of-kin details when you join the programme. In the event of your passing, we’ll work with your next of kin or an authorised legal
representative.

Am I able to redeem products that aren’t on your website?

No. You can only redeem for products that we currently advertise.

What if you don’t have enough stock of the product I want to redeem?

We’ll do our best to source your chosen product, but in some cases (due to limited mintages or availability), we may need extra time.

Can I swap my Vault Held Bullion between sizes (e.g. 1kg for 1oz bars)?

No. Vault Held Bullion is recorded as weight, not as specific bars or coins. Because of this, holdings cannot be swapped directly between different product sizes. To change formats, you’ll need to redeem and
pay the applicable 'bar fee' fee.

Is Vault Held Bullion the same as allocated storage? 

Our programme is similar to an unallocated structure. You hold a bullion balance with us, but it is not tied to a specific serial-numbered bar. This allows us to sell at spot price with no storage fees.

Yes. You can begin with any amount you’re comfortable with –there’s no minimum entry.

No, you are only able to purchase the amounts we have advertised. 

How do I know my bullion actually exists? 

All holdings are backed by real bullion, securely stored and insured. 

Simply purchase more Vault Held Bullion at the spot price. 

Can I take physical delivery of my holdings at any time?


Yes. You can redeem at any time for physical bullion products listed on our website (with the small 'bar fee' fee).

What’s the difference between Vault Held Bullion and buying physical bars directly? 

Vault Held Bullion avoids manufacturing and logistics costs, giving you direct access at spot price. Physical bars carry a premium but you hold them in your possession straight away. Many clients use a mix of both.
